Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]) to provide virtual mental health care as 1099 independent contractors .
This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour , flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
Please note: Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted California license. We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role.
Open Mind Health specializes in serving diverse and underserved populations through culturally affirming, evidence-guided virtual care. Our approach recognizes that one size does not fit all. Providers work with clients to develop individualized treatment approaches that consider their experiences, cultural identity, history, and overall well-being.
Our providers have the opportunity to work across 21 customized Wellness Tracks designed around a wide range of clinical needs, life experiences, and diverse populations. Areas include ADHD, addiction, trauma and PTSD, depression and anxiety, relationships and family therapy, LGBTQIA+ care, culturally focused care, and specialized support across different life stages and populations .
